Buy one, give one free. For every box of sleeves you buy on our webshop, until Giving Tuesday (December 2nd), we donate a pack of sleeves to MagiKids, a charity dedicated to helping kids build communities, forge friendships and foster important life skills through the joy of card games.

Hatching the next generation of players
We have partnered with MagiKids, a charity aimed at kids and dedicated to building communities, forging friendships and fostering skills such as critical thinking, math, and reading through the joy of card games.
Why MagiKids?
For over 25 years, Dragon Shield has been protecting our treasures and the greatest treasure of all has always been our community. The future of the community is sitting out there in classrooms right now, waiting to build their first deck and play their way into the wonderful world of card games.
MagiKids helps start kids on that journey. Their work opens the door for kids to learn, make friends and discover a community they can belong to. We believe – with fiery passion – that this work can help all kids, especially those who, like some of our dragons, struggle with friendships and finding community. So our dragons have chosen to lend our wings to MagiKids in their work to help kids forge the future of this fantastic community.
Why not Black Friday?
It’s not that we dislike Black Friday, but we think it could be so much more than just a weekend of deals and discounts. So instead of focusing on that, we’re making the weekend about you, the community. Our partners at the MagiKids charity use the joy of card games to help kids. Like you probably already know from your own life, card games can be a wonderful way to build communities and forge friendships, and they can be a great tool for fostering skills such as critical thinking, math, and reading. For every box of sleeves you buy on our webshop throughout the weekend until Giving Tuesday (December 2nd), we donate a pack of sleeves to kids taking their first step into a card game community.
