We currently use FedEx and USPS for shipments to North America, and GLS for shipping within Europe.

Yes, there may occur customs duty fees on products sent outside of the EU. This fee is additional to the price and will be paid by the customer.
Canadian customers may be charged with Customs duty fees and or taxes when importing Dragon Shield products. This fee is additional to the price and will be paid by the customer. There is no added tax on products sold in Canada for this reason (the importer of record is the customer)

Please use the Contact Us page and report a Quality Issue if it's a Dragon Shield purchase. If your purchase was made through a Retailer/Amazon and you're experiencing a quality issue, please contact their customer service team directly for assistance. This is not
the quality you deserve from us, so our Dragons will reach out to you as soon as possible to assist you further!

Within 24 hours after order placement, we can modify or cancel your order. Please ensure that you reach out to our Customer Support team as soon as possible with your request.
Unfortunately, our Dragons do not accept exchanges. However, you have 14 days, counting from the day you receive your order, to return the product to us. The product must be in its original, unopened, and resaleable condition. Please note, Sleeve Crafter Products are not returnable.
Return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount if the refund is going back to the original form of payment. However, we will waive the return shipping cost if a “refund to store credit” is selected. Store credit will be given in the form of a voucher.
Yes, most of our products will be replenished, unless they are marked as “Limited Edition”.
We do not offer warranty on our product(s), but if you are having concerns with the quality, please submit a Quality Complaint through our Contact Us Page. Please note that if you have made the purchase through a retailer or another third-party, such as Amazon, you will need to contact them directly for further support.
Standard-size card sleeves are designed for cards measuring up to 63 × 88 mm (2.5" × 3.5"), which makes them perfect for TCGs like MTG, Pokémon, Lorcana & Flesh and Blood!
Japanese-size sleeves accommodate cards up to 59 × 86 mm (~2.31" × 3.38"), intended to protect cards from Yu-Gi-Oh! and Cardfight! Vanguard.
Our sleeves are made using Polypropylene, known for its durability. Polypropylene provides long term protection from dirt, fingerprints, and scratches. Our playmats, however, are made of Polyester fabric stitched to a Rubber/Non-Slip backing. Everything else is mostly made from “Dragon Skin" - aka PU leather (yes, they’re vegan! However, please don’t try them.)
Matte sleeves focus on texture and general reduced glare making cards easier to read under bright lights. Non-Glare sleeve is a more specific anti-reflective feature for visibility, specifically under overhead lights which can create harsh reflections.
Inner sleeves (Perfect fit) are thin sleeves that go directly on your card to give it extra protection before placing inside regular sleeves. Outer sleeves go over your regular sleeves to add even more protection which assists with preventing wear, keep art sleeves from peeling and making shuffling smoother.
All sleeves are made by coextruding three layers of polypropylene. In normal sleeves, all three layers have the same color, but in dual sleeves, the center layer is black and the outer layers have other colors (typically black on the inside and brighter colors on the outside).

Whether you're preparing casual play or competitive matches, The Forge™ gives you the tools to stand out and make your deck truly your own.
Note: Make sure your submissions to The Forge™ does not contain logos, trademarks, images, characters, catchphrases or any material protected by third party rights, content that could be considered offensive, provocative, violent, extremist, or sexual in nature.
The full process including production, shipping and delivery typically takes 7-15 business days. Please note that, for Japanese-size custom sleeves, the processing time could be 7-20 business days.

Due to the custom nature of The Forge™ products, all purchases will be final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
You can upload your own artwork to create fully personalized sleeves. We accept JPEG, JPG, and PNG file formats. For best results, we recommend using an image with a 5:7 aspect ratio and a resolution of at least 300 DPI/PPI to ensure your design prints clearly and crisply.
Please note that all uploaded images will be reviewed for copyright violations, inappropriate or offensive content, and other guidelines to maintain community standards.
Your personalized sleeves are a work of art; we just framed it! Well, that's partially true. We also always utilize frames on all our Brushed Art sleeves. Currently, we’re only able to have the white border, but you never know... the forge Dragons are always tinkering with the sleeves to improve them - they may switch it up some day!
Sadly, the D does not stand for Dragon Shield. But it may stand for Definitely. As in, your customized sleeves are definitely going to be identical to each other. In order to ensure tournament-level sleeves with complete precision, our printers use the symbol to create the most top-notch sleeves for you. All our Art sleeves feature a printing-precision mark, carefully designed by our sneaky dragons to be difficult to spot to the mortal eye. And the keen observer might already have recognized it as something else; it's actually in the shape of a tiny Dragon Shield logo!
Of course! Our custom sleeves have the same texture and type as our Brushed Art sleeves. And just like Brushed Art sleeves, your artwork or photo is printed directly onto the sleeve, so they do not peel or split. The sleeves have a lightly textured back, ensuring a smooth shuffle experience.
At the moment, all our custom sleeves feature a Brushed Art texture - but our dragons are hard at work exploring new options for the future!

Currently, the only way to change the currency displayed is by switching to your preferred marketplace. Cardmarket uses € (EUR), while TCGplayer, CardKingdom, and MTGMintCard use $ (USD).
That is normal! The market price of cards fluctuates on a daily basis depending on a number of factors, and the value of your collection is calculated based on the price of the cards you own. Since we receive price information from your selected marketplace daily, any market fluctuations will show as increases or decreases in the value of your collection.

There can be several reasons. Use this list to troubleshoot:
• If the card is sleeved, try removing the sleeve to eliminate glare
• If you are in low-light conditions, try scanning in a place with better light
• If the card is foil/holo, try tilting it in different angles and avoid shining direct light on it
Keep in mind the scanner does struggle a bit more with foil than with non-foil cards. If this list
didn’t help, you can search for the card manually. If you can’t find the card through search, it
may be missing from our database, in which case you can send us a message here to let us know.
Currently, your Inventory and your Decks are two separate sections, and the cards you
add to your decks are not added to your collection. The decks are just decklists, with no connection
to the cards in your inventory.
There are a few reasons why this might be happening. First, check if you have allowed
us to send you marketing emails by going to Menu > See your profile, clicking the cog wheel icon
(Settings) on the top right corner, then go to Permissions and check if the Marketing toggle is on.
If not, turn it on and you should start receiving the emails.
If the toggle was already on, then you may have disabled the weekly emails in your Dragon Shield
email preferences. Open any email you received from Dragon Shield, find the “Update your
preferences” button in the footer, and, once you are on the Preferences page, scroll down to the
“Weekly emails” section. Make sure you have “Yes” selected for those apps about which you want
to receive the weekly emails, then click the “Update preferences” button.
If you are still not getting the emails, contact us here. Keep in mind that weekly emails are only
sent out once a week on Sundays!
When placing your order, make sure you are in the correct country/localization. If not, your shipping details will not be detected. To change it, head to the top right-hand side of the website and click to select the location.
