ZapdosTCG is a seasoned competitive Pokémon Trading Card Game player and content creator with over 15 years of experience at the highest level of play. He began his Pokémon TCG journey in 2012, immediately making a name for himself by finishing 2nd at the Belgian National Championships. Around the same time, he emerged as one of the original Pokémon TCG YouTubers, alongside creators such as J-Wittz, PokemanDanLv45, and TheTopCut, helping shape early competitive content on YouTube.
More than a decade later, ZapdosTCG remains deeply embedded in the competitive scene, consistently producing high-level content focused on gameplay analysis, tier lists, and tournament vlogs for the Pokémon Trading Card Game. His longevity and adaptability have cemented his reputation as a Worlds-caliber player.
His greatest competitive achievement came with a Top 32 finish at the Pokémon World Championships 2024 in Honolulu. Additional highlights include a 2nd place finish at the Paris Special Event and multiple Top 8 placements at Regional Championships.
